Why I started this site

I am a fan of Kyocera ceramic knives. Not only because Kyocera is a company of Japanese origin (like me), but because it is the leader ceramic knife manufacturer in the world.

I really enjoy cutting meat and vegetables with the sharpest knives, it is effortless and fun. I want to spread the word regarding ceramic knives. If you try one I’m sure you will become a fan too!
